Pre announcement….? we have 2 of these units, in mobile form, capable of disabling, and possibly killing intruders.. they are called DOGS!

Yes it has connectors for external alarms if you want to use them. I prefer a more stealthy mode so it tells me and then I can identify is this a deer or burglar. The interesting thing is I have seen animals I didn’t even know would come near the house like a red fox and raccoons. Having one indicator box would make it difficult if you’re sleeping. I have more than one so it sends a signal to multiple boxes. It’s extremely simple but efficient.

looks good, but can you hook it up to some sirens or lights or summthin? coz otherwise the burgler might not even no he’s been noticed, and still try to get in, also if ur asleep n the box is downstairs u might not know?

It’s you who seems paranoid….. you’re worried about a company putting its name on a sensor…. you better get outside in scrape that FORD logo off your car. Your thought of smashing up the sensors and then coming back the next week is pretty illogical. Disturbing them in any way will trip them and warn the person inside the house. The moment they went to the second sensor I’m sure the homeowner would meet them… let’s say with encouragement not to do that again.

Actually the alarm will not go off unless it detects something in motion that is over 30lbs and I have never seen a 30 pound bird that could fly. The sensor requires both heat and motion to trip at the same time to prevent a false alarm this way items like trees swaying don’t typically trip the sensor. The transmitters also have a sensitivity dial to adjust for each area allowing even more fine tuning. The sensors work quite well and typically only detect what you want them to.

THis is stupid. WHat if a bird just flies
