But they won’t be practical for replacing human workers until years after that (where human workers has yet a purpose).

They can’t be compared because the technology is too rudimentary. Robotics has only been around for a few decades. In another 50 or so years, I have no doubt that we will have robots with the same kind of agility, speed, and maneuverability as humans.
