How to run properly and good running techniques?
I need to learn running technique and proper breathing while running thats what i lack in i need help cross country is starting and all im going to do it run 5k. I need to learn running form and any other techniques that helps me maintain a good 5k pace and learn not to be so tired while running.
In through nose, out through mouth.
BE sure to stretch before and after every run.
Let your body rest every once in a while.
Build on what you are doing – a little more each day.
Head up, arms relaxed at sides in relaxed fists. Keep your chest forward as if you were being pulled by a string attatched to your belly button. As for breathing make sure you practice abdominal breathing. That means breathe deep and fill your STOMACHE and not your upper chest. Also be sure and breathe all the way out. A lot of people breathe in almost twice what they breathe out.
There’s always a big debate as to how you should breathe when running. If I’m running a comfortable pace I like to concentrate on breathing in through the nose and exhale through my mouth. Although when I’m running faster in a high heart rate zone, I’ll probably inhale and exhale through my mouth. Any way to get more oxygen.
