SweeetPrincessa, if you are trying to lose weight, you should steer away from grains/cereals and sugars. So korn flakes are bad. If you eat Raw, Unheated Honey it is ok to have a spoon full occasionally – maybe once or twice a day – unheated is extremely nutritious.
How about trying some fresh fruit and oatmeal with nuts & raisons… a much better breakfast option, and you will feel full for longer!
