Some, if not all, of these fat loss pills seem like diuretics and creatine pulls water into the muscles so I’m confused.
I’m asking because with my new mass diet, I noticed that my face and stomach are expanding.

You’re trying too hard. I don’t advise that. 1 or the other is definitely more than enough.
