Whats wrong with whole grain bread or anything else thats whole grain? Its very healthy for you, this guy doesnt know what hes talking about. Seriously whats the point of living ,when even whole grain is bad for you, carbs are important in your diet, you shouldnt be cutting them out:S. The more you cut out other things the more your likely to binge on other high fat and high sugar junk. Eat healthy ,eat alot of whole grains, it has high figer and will keep you feeling full longer:)

@elmarko85 Most of the 100% whole wheat breads that you find at your local shops have added ingredients like High fructose corn syrup, etc.

Go with 100% whole oats, they only have one ingredient, easy to make, cheap, and taste awesome!

How would you mantain the 2000 calories on cardio days?

I have another question: if the window for the fastest glycogen repletion is within the first 30 minutes after exercise, why would you wait 30 minutes based on hunger levels? Is there science behind this, and if so would you please direct me toward it? Thanks so much!

My understanding is that it doesn’t matter so much if you’re buring fat or carb at any given moment, it’s how much you burn total throughout the day that helps you burn the fat that’s stored. Is there any science behind carb cycling?
