    It’s an 8 minute video that does a great job explaining an exercise- get over it people, its not that long.

    He isn’t doing the exercises because he wants to be able to explain what is going on more easily, not because he cant do them himself. Think before you say more stupid things.

    @flzikpj3 You are corect. Let see if he has abs. He talks all day about them and invite people to do the exercises. Why he does not do it himself? Show us your abs. Your mouth is what you have. I bet there is a round belly under those clothes. Stop talking to much!!!

    The ‘iron gym’ doorway pull up bar with ab straps that you can buy in stores is the Best. Hanging leg or knee raises will give your abs a killer workout. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches.

    this kind of training can be done 3 or 4 days a week for beginners. A little jogging or jump rope is good before hand as a warm up
