    Could you be more specific what exactly is lab quality ? Sounds like some kind of ad agency buzz word . I got a ESP3 and the only lab I could compare this to is in Mexico I saw a guy with 2 buckets dipping the photo paper in . I must say that Kodak has tried very hard to get my printer working , I just sent back the 2nd replacement and I am waiting for them to send a power supply . Wish me luck as I would like to see this printer work #3366359 / I have been escalated” I get 2 talk 2 a real tech.

    Just bought two of the 5500s excellent units
    Use the edit software on your comput, as the stuff on the machine is basic,but, it gets the job done
