What printers are compatible with a Macbook?

Hi, I have had the newest Macbook for about a month now and tried setting up my Dell printer (AIO 924) to it. I recently discovered that this printer and other dell printers are not compatible with Macs. I was wondering what printers would work with Macs?

    Just about anything else.
    I use Canon but most printers with the exception of Dell which is tied to the Microsoft PC standard.
