What is the best blue-toner shampoo brand to buy for lightened hair?
Ive heard so much about blue-toner shampoos to reduce brassiness in lightened hair, but other than shimmer lights by clairol (about which i can only find reviews by people with grey hair), I havent heard any brands mentioned. Can someone please give me some advice – what brands of toner shampoos do you use? are they available online or at walgreens?
If you look on makeupalley.com (you need to create a free account), Shimmer Lights got a 4.4/5 rating (which is really really high for that site) from blondes trying to eliminate brassiness. I would recommend it based on those reviews.
