A toner is usually witch hazel (hopefully with vitamins)
it doesn’t really moisturize it balances -
and don’t replace it at all – you should use a wash, toner and cream – that offers moisture -
repeat at night with a night cream – (your face has different needs at night) -

If i’m not wrong, toner is something tt tighten our pores. Lotion is to moisture our skin. So i dont think u can replace yr toner with lotion.

Ok, toner is what you use to remove the residue and any dirt and oils after you cleanse your skin. Lotion is the last step in your skin care regimen to remoisurize and protect your skin.
Make sure your lotion has an SPF in it if you go outside.

Toner balances your skin’s natural pH and oil levels and prepares the skin for optimal moisturizing.

    Benefits:
    • Removes any remaining dirt and oils after cleansing.
    • Balances the skin’s pH levels and natural oil levels.
    • Enhances moisturization.
    • Tightens pores.
    • Evens out skin tone.
