What product would be considered an antiseptic toner?

I read online that it is good to use an antiseptic toner after you shave to prevent razor bumps, but when I do a search online, it gives me products that you can only find online or in specialty stores. What kind of antiseptic toners can you find in stores such as Walmart or Target? What does antiseptic even mean? And has anyone heard of using it to reduce irritation after shaving?

  1. not me says:

Witch hazel is extremely inexpensive, works great, but just doesn’t smell the best (not bad, just not pretty). You can buy this at any Walmart, Target, drug store, or grocery store.
