What is the best way to return to running after 10 years of not running?

A question for people who have gotten back into running after years of inactivity- How did you do it? 10 years ago Id jog 4 hours a day, and was a running addict, 10 years late, and 30 pounds heavier, I am trying to get back into running, but its so hard to find the motivation. I know I have to lose the weight- its a big reason i need to run again. But its getting over the intitial ‘hump’ thats so hard.Ant suggestions on exercises to help me get back into a routine of running?

What fat loss supplement should i take?

I want to take a fat loss supplement but i do not wan’t to lose everything iv’e already gained. I am 6′2″ and i weigh 200 lbs. I was about 175 2 months ago and im trying to cut off some of the fat i gained with the muscle i have added. Most of the weight iv’e gained is muscle but the fat is slowing me down a little bit.
I lift three times a weeks and on off days i do 15 minutes of abs and cardio.
